When do orders ship?
Orders received before 2:00PM EST, Monday to Friday (except holidays), will ship the same day via USPS. Orders received after the cut off time will begin to process the next business day. Our shipping location is in California so delivery can take 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is shipping insurance & why is it added?
Shipping insurance protects valued products in the event a package is damaged, stolen, lost, or mishandled on its way to the customer. Major carriers offer some coverage options and it is also available through third-party vendors. Coverage prices vary depending on the provider and declared value of your shipment. Either way, having coverage means items can be eligible for reimbursement when issues occur during transit. This can be especially important when you are shipping expensive items.
Here are the basics you’ll need in most insurance claim scenarios: shipping information, receipts, and documentation proving the declared value of the item. Another important detail are filing claim deadlines. When shipping through USPS, you have 30 days after the scheduled delivery date to make a claim and 21 days for international packages.

On all packaged items we require that the customer contact us within at least ten (5) days of receiving the product in order to qualify for refund or exchange. Antique Armory does not assume the responsibility of the shipping costs on any merchandise. All return requests are to be accompanied by the original product. It must be in the original condition in order for the customer to qualify for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
All orders are thoroughly inspected and adequately packed before shipment. Antique Armory does assume the responsibility for shipping costs or insurance on product exchanges when shipped to the customer. Antique Armory reserves the right to refuse product refunds on damaged or questionable returns.
